Hi everyone, I need a bit of advice.

I’m just getting started in dispatch and I’ve decided to go with Dry Van as my niche. Do you think that’s a good choice? I feel like Dry Van is more consistent compared to Box Trucks, but I’m not 100% sure since I’m new.

Also, my LLC is registered in Texas, so I was thinking of focusing on Texas for now. Do you think it’s better to stick to one area in the beginning or stay open to different states?

And one more thing — should I get an ITIN right now, or can I wait until later?
