The new WhatsApp missed call reply lets you automatically send a message when someone calls and you can’t pick up. No need to build a workflow or write a custom automation. You just turn it on, check the message, and GHL takes care of the rest.

It uses your default WhatsApp number and sends a pre-approved message right away. You can also customize it to fit your brand, add a booking link, or show your business hours.

To turn it on:

Go to Settings → Phone System → Voice
Find Missed Call Text Back
Turn on the WhatsApp reply toggle
Edit the message if needed
