Mid week once again, which basic boxing moves are you focusing on today?

The countdown is on for this fight-If it happens! AJ has been inactive for a while but it shouldn't stop him from getting an easy win. Do we think Paul can be called a boxer or still a content creator?

I just wanted to introduce myself. I started boxing training earlier this summer. I live in Maryland just outside of DC!

This could be a big win or small, boxing or life related.

December is on us again, the month where training slacks and calories build up which is ok. Lets all make a conscious effort to keep on top of training and plan our route through Christmas and into 2026!
