Assalamualaikum
My name is Madiha. I am a teacher. My age is 30years height 5 feet 1 inch and current weight is 70kg. I am from Rawalpindi. I have Pcos. I was 80 kg since 2005 and i lost 20kg when i was in university. I again want to lose weight to get fit and wanted to adopt a routine for healthier lifestyle and stayed consistent with enjoying guilt free meals.Thanks
