Introduction
Hi I am rabia from Karachi living in Germany. I am physiotherapist not working after conceiving my first baby. I am 38 years old, 5’4 , and weight 79kg.i am diabetic after my last delivery since 1 year taking metformin as prescribed by doctor . My struggles are lack of knowledge about losing weight through calorie deficit, nutrition value fact, recipes, snacking chocolate, so much fruits intake , sedentary lifestyle.
