I am excited to start my new journey. All the best to you all as well 😊

My name is Aiman Waseem, and I am a 29-year-old work-from-home professional and a house wife, based in Karachi, Pakistan, whose job involves mostly sitting for long hours. I am 5 feet 2 inches tall and currently weigh 98 kg. I do not have any diagnosed medical conditions and currently do not have family dependents. My primary health and fitness goal is to return to the physique and level of fitness I once had, as I want to feel stronger, lighter, and more confident again. At present, my biggest struggle is maintaining my energy levels and establishing a consistent routine, mainly due to the demands of my work-from-home schedule and the adjustments of married life, which make it challenging to stay regular with healthy habits and physical activity.
