I’m tremendously excited about this group! I’ve spent many years creating video content, running online communities, and developing professional technique-based video courses. While kettlebells are at the heart of what we’ll be doing here, there’s so much more we can explore together—training ideas, technique, programming, mindset, and long-term progress. Welcome to the Get Shit Together 8 week fat loss program
Great to have you here, the group is super new and really excited about it all ready. @Ffion Evans @Anna Conlon have access to all of the courses. They are not all fully finished yet but will keep adding to them. The focus for this weekend is to look at 8 week fat loss program: nutrition. If you can watch the first three videos in the welcome to the program. Read plan for the first week. and read BFT nutrition guide, watch calorific deficit video and click on link to calculate calories and fill in health form. That would be an ace start. :)
