What are you hoping to work on, improve, begin, revisit, or maybe finally stop avoiding?
Could be groundwork, riding, bravery training, a better routine orr maybe simply slowing down and reconnecting a bit more.
No goal is too small if it moves all 6 feet forward.
Mine is to connect with Benny at Liberty again - I work/play/train with him 3-5 days a week, the little guy don't need more than that to keep his belly trim and healthy.
Lenny I am building his fitness so tomorrow in-hand work, including back-ups, shoulder in and travers to remind his body of suppleness and flexibility. Tuesday some pole work n walk with varied distances, Wednesday in-hand again but including some school trot, mini-school halts etc. Thursday back in the saddle of which I will focus simply on the three gaits, stop and back. Friday I am thinking trail ride, possibly same Saturday or some ridden gymnastics and Sunday Liberty. Each session around 45-60 mins max.
