✅ I left my cell phone at 10pm no use of cell phone after this...only use it to take pic of my activity at 11pm(as I have to upload in community)
✅No more screen time before sleep
✅ I read a book by Dr Javed (tarbiyat ulad ka naxam)I learn a lot from this book...still reading not completed yet.
✅I feel very calm....I feel more deep sleep today rather than before
