What's the biggest thing stopping me from becoming my best self right now is
Overthinking & Stress,or phir in dono ki waja sy sleep disturb ho jati hai.
What habit do I keep repeating that moves me away from my goals is Late-night scrolling but after joining the sleep challenge i try my best to stop using phn at around 11pm & go for sleep.
