Day 1 challenge accountability:
Water intake ✅
I had mix vege egg and one frozen paratha then tea and cookies as shown
For mid morning snack apple and blueberries
Lunch Mac n cheese healthy version and shrimp bites with strawberry shake
Had craving for sweet and had one mini chocolate
For dinner I had matar pulao and shami kabab and dahi phulki/ pakoria
Had 4 tablespoons of pineapple delight too
It’s not at all perfect or healthy enough but I’m sharing whatever it is and I’m willing to improve it insha Allah gradually
