Breakfast: fried egg & daal with half roti.
Lunch: daal chawal & dahi.
Dinner:2 to 3 pieces of beef.
Steps 7.5k Today I walked up many stairs to get more steps. Allhumdulillah today target completed easily 😇.
Protein in every meal ✅ fiber before lunch ✅ water 2.5 liter ✅ no junk but aj thori si jalebi khaii🤭walk for 1 hour✅also do stretching for 10 minutes ✅
