๐Ÿ”ฅ BTF60 is the Strength & Conditioning Classroom. This is your Engine Room. The "60" represents 60 minutes - the time to allot for warm up, set up, workout, cooldown. A strength session will eventually be included each day, but for now, it's just a Daily Workout. WAYS TO ACCESS: ๐Ÿ“… THE CALENDAR: Check the calendar or click the LIVE red flashing button at the top of the community feed. Daily Workouts are posted here. Every session is linked directly to the BTF60 Classroom and specific workout page with more detail. 2. THE BTF60 CLASSROOM: Go straight to the BTF60 Classroom and the current week of workouts folder. Every workout is programmed with 3 tiers to help you FIND YOUR FIT and move at your level: โšซ Standard/Advanced ๐ŸŸ  Intermediate ๐ŸŸข Beginner/Foundations ๐Ÿ”ฅ Check out this week!
