hey I need to practice but the one prep QB is paid and I can’t find anything free

this is outside from materials. For those who have taken SAT and scored high. What did you guys do to make your test day at its absolute effort (100% lock-in) without having second thoughts, cold sweat, anxiety, mad, and etc. what things to avoid having less performance that you used to do when you study?
