Guys I just finished a practice test and it literally took me 5 hours. I’m taking the October SAT but the deadline for accommodations passed, so I have to raw-dog this test with severe ADHD. I am seriously struggling to keep up with sitting for long hours and reading long texts. Out of nowhere my mind gets stuck, I fidget a lot, and my focus breaks. Even if I try writing short notes while reading I still zone out or lose track of time. Any advice on what I should do? Give me your best tips for staying focused and not losing my mind during the exam. Thanks!!
