So apparently, we’ve officially named one of our favorite community rituals, EmpaBaths. Credit to the genius Fee for coining that one. Absolute gold. For those who are new around here, an EmpaBath is what happens when an empath finally realizes they’ve been walking around coated in everyone else’s energy… and decides to do something about it. Cue: a bathtub, about 800g of Himalayan or Celtic salt, and instant energetic relief. We’ve been talking about this on TikTok lives for ages, but I’d love to hear from you here too. You might have noticed I haven’t been very active here in the school community lately, and that’s because I’ve been working on something really close to my heart. I’ve been putting together a booklet for Empaths in the 3D, all about reclaiming yourself through small grounding habits and simple ways of remembering who you truly are. It’s almost ready, around 30 to 40 pages of reflections, guidance, and integration. Now I’m at the point where I’d love to turn it into a proper PDF, something that feels beautiful and aligned with the message inside. Hello everyone. I am here to serve and to hold a safe sacred space for powerfully energetic humans from all walks of life, both in this group and beyond. Yesterday someone who is also here came to speak with me while I was live on TikTok and something energetic tried to attach to me and take. I removed it and tended the wound and I bear no ill will. I do not know whether it was intentional or not. It could have been subconscious or the person responsible may be completely unaware. That said, I need to be clear. I will not allow repeated energetic taking in this space or around me at all. My first choice is always to do no harm and I hope this was a misunderstanding. If it happens again I will remove it and I will not be gentle the next time. If you are unaware of how this shows up around you please tend to your energetics. Small and big slips can cause harm without intention and it is harmful for you too because the law of three works here as well. This group is cultivated as a place to grow and feel safe. As I sit with the energy of this community beginning to take form, I feel called to share some musings that came through me about the spirit and the sacred role of those who walk closely with it. As I see it, the spirit is another part of the whole that is the human being. It is not separate but another layer. The spirit carries the unique imprint of our lives. It holds the signature of who we have been, the memories and experiences that shaped us, almost like a living record, not digital, but profoundly spiritual. I see the spirit as a work of art that is continuously unfolding throughout our lifetime, shaped by every choice, every experience, every moment. It is only complete when we take our final breath and the journey of this body ends. The spirit, while we are alive, can be both our ally and our challenge, though I am not quite sure why or how it can affect our lives while we are alive. And when our time in this body ends, the spirit journeys onward. I sense it carries both the beauty of remembrance and a terrifying fear of dissolving into the vastness of Source. There are those who carry the gift of walking with spirit across these thresholds. A spirit shaman, as I understand it, is one who can communicate with the spirits of those who are no longer here in the flesh. They can touch that realm where the memory of life lingers, in planes beyond the third and fourth, and bring back knowledge, clarity, or comfort to those who still walk here. I offer these reflections as a gift into this space, with gratitude for the first steps of this community unfolding. May they meet whomever finds them whenever they are ready with the resonance they need. They are only the downloads of information that I have received. Any and all mistakes lie with me. 🌿 Gaia Sophia
