Seed Mantra Gleaning
I'm in my 7th week of doing the seed mantra and I'm learning that I don't need the perfect pitch of oms or intense levels of focus, expectations I put on myself, of course. 😆Doing a breath cycle and deep chant for each Bija mantra to check in with my chakras is enough, when I'm feeling overwhelmed &/or fatigued or just coz! 🙏🏻

Hello friend, November carries such a unique energy. It feels like both a soft landing and a quiet invitation to look ahead. The year isn’t over, but the energy is shifting. This is the perfect moment to pause, reflect, and gently align with what you want to feel and create before the year ends. Instead of rushing into finishing strong, what if we entered November with calm intention? What if our focus wasn’t on doing more, but on doing what matters most to us, personally and energetically? ✨ This month in our circle, I’d love us to explore three small reflections: 1. What feeling do you want to carry through November? 2. What do you want to release before the new year begins? 3. What would a better 2026 look like for you if you began preparing now, softly and without pressure? You are invited to connect and take accountability in whatever way feels right for you. Share your process, take what resonates, and leave what doesn’t. This space is here for real connection, self-reflection, and quiet support. We’ll check in again later this month to see how our intentions are unfolding. For me, the word this month is actualization. I’m focused on finishing things that have been waiting for completion. I’m also fighting a cold and an eye infection from the last energetic upgrade, so I’m practicing patience and gentleness with myself. I’m currently working on my booklet, Basic Survival in 3D for Empaths, and I’m hoping it will be ready by mid November. Crossing my fingers. Here’s to a November that’s intentional, grounded, and quietly powerful. 🌿

Hi everyone! What do you listen to? Any good songs, artists? Since I started feeling "lighter" and started feeling more openness and love in general, I started drifting away from 99% of the music I've listened to up to that point. So I'm no longer a metal head, nor I'm not listening to Ren or Yungblud, or even indie music. It just doesn't fit 😅 My go-to for MONTHS now (cause I cannot find anything suiting the vibes, what I'm feeling etc) is either soundtrack from Steven Universe, Hamilton, some frequency healing music or the album "Ask that God" from Empire of the Sun. And about Empire of the Sun - I've heard them as a youngling on MTV I think ("we are the people" song), and I've been coming back to this song for years every now and again. And two-ish months ago I googled if they're still playing, and yes. They are. And their "Ask that God" album is amazing. Although music-wise (genre-wise?) I'd have NEVER chosen it to listen to previously, it's for me now. Lyrics? 10/10, I'm singing it all the time Music? 10/10, I can dance to it all I want What else would you want? 🤷♥️✨ So aaaanyway - please share your favourite music that either brings you peace and quiet, or energises you in the best way possible ♥️✨
Breathe Under the Full Moon Light
Tonight the Moon is round and bright. She is at her fullest today at 13:19 in Reykjavík and rises luminous this evening. This one is the Beaver Moon and also a supermoon, which means she is a little closer to Earth and a little louder to our nervous systems. Close your eyes. Inhale with her. Inhale I let the Moon rinse my field Exhale I empty what is not mine Inhale I call my energy home Exhale I return what I have been carrying for others Inhale I choose softness and steadiness Exhale I release urgency and the old timeline If you feel called, you are invited into this simple practice tonight: 1. Ground your body. Feel your feet. Place one hand on your chest and one on your lower belly. 2. Breathe with a slow count of four in and six out for three minutes. If emotions rise, let them move. You are safe to feel. 3. Name one thing you are actually ready to finish this month and one thing you are ready to receive. Speak both out loud. 4. Sip water. Touch something natural. Thank your body for getting you here. If you are sensitive, this moon can feel buzzy. Eat warm food. Keep screens low. Rhythm helps. Hum. Sway. Tap along your collarbones. Then step outside and meet her for a few breaths. I will be doing this too, inhaling with you, wherever you are. 🌕🫁 P.S. For the sky curious: peak fullness is earlier in the day, so the show tonight is moonrise and that big glowing disc climbing into the dark.
