Behind the scenes...in my dressing gown
If anyone thinks this online business thing is all glamorous... Let me tell you about my week..... I've been learning how to build my first proper email campaign... Figuring out workflows... Trying to understand automations... Preparing my very first one-to-many webinar... Learning how to present well... How to add value... How to create the perfect offer... All while trying to get used to a brand-new laptop where absolutely NOTHING seems to be where it used to be. 😅 Throw in daily content... Replying to DMs... Commenting on posts... Long hours... Attending Skool. ...and my brain has basically been running on coffee and determination. Then last night happened. I was filling our big glass drinking-water container. As I poured water into the top... I accidentally knocked open the little tap at the bottom. So while I was enthusiastically pouring water IN.....it was happily pouring OUT. By the time I noticed, there was water all over the floor, some had splashed onto my foot. "No problem," I thought. I'll just close the tap and wipe it up. Except... Most of the water hadn't gone onto the floor.... It had somehow collected inside the pocket of my dressing gown... When I turned... WHOOSH!! An entire pocketful of water emptied down my legs. My gown was soaked. My pajama pants were soaked. My slippers were soaked. I just stood there laughing at the ridiculousness of it all. When I told Craig what had happened, he smiled and said... "That's actually fantastic news." I looked at him like he'd completely lost the plot. He said... "It means your taps are open... and your pockets are filling." 😄 Now THAT is a reframe. It immediately took me back to what Eugene spoke about on Monday night... "You are powerful beyond measure." Sometimes life looks like puddles on the kitchen floor. Sometimes it feels like you're leaking energy in every direction. Sometimes you're convinced you're making absolutely no progress. But maybe... Just maybe... Your taps are open. Your pockets are filling.
Success
This flashed on my feed this morning.... " To succeed, bite off more than you can chew.... then learn to chew it" FJ to a T.
Is It Just Me… or Is Prompting AI Harder Than It Looks?
I found this video on a Facebook page and thought I had to share it. One of the biggest lessons I've learned on this journey is that AI is only as good as the instructions we give it. Even though our amazing Funnel Junkies team in Centurion provides us with excellent prompts, I still find myself struggling at times. Sometimes AI gives me exactly what I was hoping for, and other times I realise the problem wasn't the AI at all... it was how I asked the question. I'm beginning to see that prompting is a skill in itself. Like any new skill, it takes practice, experimenting, refining, and learning what works. I'm curious... Does anyone else in our Funnel Junkies community experience the same challenge? Have you ever looked at someone else's AI result and wondered, "How did they get that?" only to realise the difference was in the prompt? I'd love to hear your experiences and any tips you've discovered along the way. We learn faster when we learn together.

What's been your biggest online challenge so far this year?
Now that we're a few days into the second half of the year, I've been reflecting on how quickly people make decisions online. Whether someone is selling a product, offering a service, sharing their work, or building a community, people usually decide within a few seconds whether they want to keep looking or move on. I've noticed that sometimes it's not about working harder or creating more content. Small things that seem easy to overlook can make a big difference in how people experience what you've built. I'm curious... What's been your biggest online challenge so far this year? Has it been: - Getting people to notice what you do? - Turning visitors into customers or clients? - Explaining your offer clearly? - Building trust? - Something completely different? I'd genuinely love to hear what you've been experiencing. Reading other people's answers might help someone else who's dealing with the same thing.
