Hey everyone, I’m working through some dyslexia and poor sleep lately, so my communication and focus aren’t at 100%.

But I’m showing up every day and trying to learn.

I want to ask a clear question:

Where do you focus most of your time when finding leads and deal flow?

And what questions should someone like me be asking to learn how to find solid opportunities?

Any guidance you can give will really help me stay consistent while I’m still recovering from some health issues.
