· A= Seller
· B=Wholesaler
· C=End Buyer
Two main deal types we fund and the difference between them.
· Transactional Funding is Short-term capital used to fund a deal, that will be repaid the same day or within a defined short-term period.
· Double Close Funding is the full process. Same-day A to B to C funding.
