Intro to the group

I’ve been an investor in real estate for over two decades, taking on various roles and levels of involvement. While my focus has primarily been on building my W2 skills, I’m eager to find a process or skillset that reduces the hands-on nature of these investments.

One area where I’m excited to learn or improve is understanding the entire process. This includes deal structuring, lead generation, asset protection, and developing repeatable systems.

my favorite hobbies are watching sports, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying comedy shows and plays. I’m also interested in pursuing improv someday.

As for my sleep preferences, I’m definitely an early bird.
