EMD Speed Question
Hi! I have a borrower who needs EMD today, and it is already 1pm CST. I submitted everything a few minutes ago. My understanding is this is possible, but wanted to double check if EMD can be funded that quickly, assuming all goes well? Just don't want to create false expectations with client. She will just pay out of pocket if we can't fund it by end of day.
