9+ levers you can pull
Making Funny Money means finding leverage, either through time saved, energy saved, or higher 'dollars per hour.' Really, however you cut it, we're trying to become more efficient...it's just that 'efficiency' doesn't sound sexy.
An hour spent looking for clients in the wrong place will usually generate less cash than an hour spent building a low-ticket product funnel or writing emails to a former client asking for referrals.
Anyway, there's a whole lotta levers we can pull to create leverage. Here's a few off the top of my head:
1️⃣ Finding clients faster (guy I hired to do PPC found a clever way to do this on Upwork)
2️⃣ Working faster
3️⃣ Reducing or eliminating discovery, sales, onboarding, or progress update calls
4️⃣ Finding better clients
5️⃣ Selling digital products
6️⃣ Productizing services (service in a box)
7️⃣ Charging money for consultation calls
8️⃣ Building a free lead magnet that solves a 'low-hanging fruit' problem for your ideal audience
9️⃣ Tiered service offerings like templates / done with you / done for you / consultation / etc.
🔟 ?
I came up with this in 97 seconds. What other levers can we yank for leverage in our businesses? Mind sharing your gray matter with the class?
