How to revive a dead business?
I've got a travel Instagram account with over 10,000 followers that I haven't posted on in years. If you had 30 days to squeeze a thousand bucks out of this very very dead account, how would you do it? Anyone who makes a legit suggestion that actually drives revenue, I'll send you $2,500 out of my first $10,000 in profit. For realsies.

@Kip Piper Also true...that's a good angle for the channel in general.

@Jamie Chughtai That's another point for affiliate links. Seems like we're all having trouble thinking of things travelers pay money for besides affiliate offers. Which makes sense, because I don't think I've ever bought a single "guide" or any type of info product from a travel influencer. Maybe we're missing something...
How to thwart bots clicking your ads
Ads are great. I've been using them for almost a year. Biggest issue? Especially with Facebook ads? Bot traffic. Here's how I'm dealing with bot traffic to this Skool group (see screenshot). See the high-tech screening question I'm using? Broccoli is my favorite fruit, too. How many of you are running ads, or plan on running them soon? Ads to what? Services, products? Let's hear it.

@Amanda Rosazza Keep me / us updated, I'm curious how Reddit ads perform. I don't know anyone who runs them

@Amanda Rosazza How are those Reddit ads doing?
Money Lever #37: Get Paid for Your Tools
One super-easy source of "passive-ish" income I've ignored is one almost all of us can utilize: Becoming an affiliate for the tools and subscriptions you ALREADY use and therefore, probably endorse. I personally have an affiliate account set up for ThriveCart and BerserkerMail, yet I've never ONCE tried to sell these. Why? You probably pay for at least half a dozen SaaS products that offer affiliate programs. Yes, some of these products have "standards," like Canva's CANVASSADOR program (only accepts creators who regularly post Canva tutorials). But most of them don't. How to get started? Just search "my tool + affiliate" and get going. Applying usually takes a couple minutes. They'll provide you with a unique link. Best practices, you'd want to make a blog post, video, or some other piece of content AND offer something unique and valuable people can get ONLY if they use your link to sign up. For example, if I was actively promoting ThriveCart or BerserkerMail, what kind of bonuses could I make to entice buyers to use my affiliate link? Or, you could lazily post affiliate links scattered about the internet like this: 👉 Sign up for ThriveCart, the galaxy's BEST shopping cart software right here 👉 Sign up for BerserkerMail, the galaxy's BEST software for writing and sending emails Aaaaaannd listen to the money printer hum. This month, what's one affiliate program you could ENTHUSIASTICALLY jump into and start earning some passive dollars for the recommendations you're already making?

@Jamie Chughtai What admin? All of the affiliates I've looked at are basically just send a link and get paid.

@Jamie Chughtai I would just set up a website dude. It's not that hard and I'd want to see you're a legit business owner if I was a client. Could just be a one-pager. In fact I plan on redoing my site and turning it into a single landing page.
🔥 Social Blitzkrieg Phase 2: Break-In
We're a week into our blitz assault on social media! Anyone got wins to share? I've snagged a few email subscribers and Skool group members, not to mention a handful of sales from Instagram and YouTube. Even SMALL wins like growing your channel or getting replies is fine! Progress is progress.

Key takeaway here...I don't like churning out short-form content every day. I'll be transitioning to longer videos and writing for the rest of the year.
Can I PayPal you $1k to $10k?
Here’s what I’m looking for: 👉 You have at least one client. 👉 Your client runs ads OR sends emails to customers OR has some kind of social media following. All of the above? Fantastic. 👉 Your client isn’t a jerk. I have a proposal for you that could be the easiest 4 to 5 figure payday you’ve ever made in your life.

@Kip Piper Oh yeah, he's in my neck of the woods. We go down to NoVa for Vietnamese food sometimes. I'm definitely not driving to work Monday...
