What I did this week 11/01/26
For the last 2.5 years, every Sunday evening, I've spent 15 minutes reviewing my week's Side Projects and the occasional milestone.
I would capture Completed, Outstanding and Future tasks, as well as a number of metrics for items I was choosing to pursue. I do this in a Notion database. I think there may be a benefit in sharing these as part of the "Behind the Scenes" of this Skool Community and my design side projects.
In 2026, I'm going to post those same reviews here. I may have to omit confidential client-related items, but otherwise I'll be as transparent as can be. If you see anything of interest, I'd be happy to expand further.
I would highly recommend that everyone have their own personal review system and cadence, whether that be weekly or otherwise. Let me know what you think!
