This isn’t medical advice—just my personal experience and what I’ve learned through study and creation.
Before my bilateral knee replacement—both knees completely replaced—I went to a surgeon to see if I was even a candidate for surgery.
At the time, I was bone-on-bone. There was no cartilage left in my knees, and I could barely walk.
The surgeon looked at my weight, then laughed and said, “You’re a vegetarian? Where are you going to get your protein? You need protein to heal.”
I told him I ate plenty of greens, legumes, and whole plant foods.
He laughed again and said, “Not in this life.”
That moment taught me something important: even highly trained doctors can be misinformed about nutrition.
Here’s the simple truth—animals get their protein from plants.
The strongest animals on earth don’t eat meat to make protein. They eat plants, and protein is built.
And when you go back to Genesis, you’ll see the original diet God gave both humans and animals was plants bearing seed.
Sometimes the problem isn’t a lack of truth—it’s forgetting what was established at Creation.
