Hey Everybody
While trying to get this off the ground I realize it is difficult to build programs and maintain them at the same time. Muliti-tasking is not that easy. But, I wanted to share my mission with you and maybe you can help... I am the founder of Lifetime Lifestyle LLC. I created this company because I wanted to help people like me — people facing serious health challenges. They find transformation by returning to God’s original design.
My personal struggle was obesity. I did not have high blood pressure or diabetes, but obesity brought its own consequences. Over time, I dealt with fibroids that led to a hysterectomy, gallbladder removal, and eventually bilateral knee surgery. Those experiences forced me to confront the reality that lifestyle choices accumulate.
For nearly fifteen years, I worked alongside an internal medicine physician in Fort Worth, Texas as a graphic designer and personal assistant for his lifestyle health program outside his practice. I was heavily involved in building and organizing that program.
He deeply loved his patients. Instead of simply prescribing medication, he taught them biblical health principles — what many recognize as the eight laws of health: trust in God, proper nutrition, water, fresh air, sunshine, exercise, temperance, and rest.
While I was helping build the program, I was also living a sedentary life. My job required me to sit at a computer for hours under constant pressure. Even while surrounded by health education, I struggled with implementation. Stress, long hours, and habit patterns are powerful.
I learned something critical during those years: knowledge is not the same as maintenance.
In the workshop setting, I watched extraordinary results. People regained mobility. Some came off oxygen. Others had restored the strength they thought was permanently lost. But when they left the structured group environment, many struggled to sustain the change. That observation stayed with me. Alone, some of them simply couldn't do it.
The turning point for me personally came when my seven-year-old great-granddaughter was diagnosed as pre-diabetic. When my granddaughter called me in panic, I knew simply giving advice wouldn’t work. So I wrote a children’s book:
God’s Healthy Laws: Mamma, Why Do People Get Sick?
I named the character after my great-granddaughter. The story simplified God’s health principles in a way a child could understand. They made changes together as a family — and her diagnosis was reversed. And not just her, but many others took the principles in that little book, followed them, and made significant changes. They were able to do it with the little children's book, even the men.
But again, the larger issue is maintenance. Many people can start. Few sustain.
That is why I created Feeble to Fabulous Academy, an online community under Lifetime Lifestyle LLC. The focus is not just on transformation, but on long-term maintenance through structured, affordable cohort programs and ongoing community support.
Inside the Academy, we help people implement small, consistent changes: preparing nourishing food that actually tastes good, incorporating manageable daily movement, getting fresh air and sunshine, drinking adequate water, practicing temperance, restoring sleep, and staying spiritually grounded.
I believe health preparation is especially important in the times we are living in. When I look at Daniel, I do not see a temporary Daniel Diet. I see a disciplined lifestyle rooted in prayer, self-control, and trust in God. Daniel and his friends were strengthened because they lived differently, not just for 7, 30, or 40 days on a temporary fast from the bad stuff, but consistently. We need the same consistency today to support what we're about to go through. Frankly, God reminding in His Word all the way through to prepare ourselves. I see health in the same manner as the Ten Virgins parable. Nobody is going to be able to give you health when the time comes. We've got to get it now.
Lifetime Lifestyle LLC exists to help families return to God’s simple design — not through pressure or perfection, but through education, structure, and community support that makes maintenance possible.
That is my mission. If any of you would like to contribute your ideas, your testimonies of health to this community and share that would be awesome. This community is for all of you. Let me know what you are doing...
