Sacred Slow Down 12th Dec - POST HERE

There's an energy inside me that I can feel so intensely telling me to "hurry up", that "it'll never get done." It brings with it a racing heart and a lot of mind activity.

I just stopped. Took some deep breaths and felt my feet on the ground. I am enough. I am safe. I am loved. All will be well.

With every pause I come back to myself.

With every breath I remember my own timing.

With every moment of awareness I am building resilience and connection to a new way of BEING; more aligned, knowing my worth, connected to myself, trusting it will all get done.

This is the work for the women who walked before us and the ones who will continue to walk after us.

The soft way.

The intuitive way.

The listening way.

The connected way.
