Here's mine: 2016 - 2026 What a wild ride. In 2016 I booked a one way plane ticket to India to do my first Yoga teacher training. What a life changing trip. - qualified as a Yoga teacher - qualified as a Reiki Level I & II - spent 3 weeks in hospital on an IV drip reading The Power of Now - learned how to sit with my fear - realised how different life could be - took massive steps towards creating a life that felt more aligned 2026 I have just moved to Portugal with the love of my life. I feel deeply fulfilled in my work and grateful for the opportunities I have to work with amazing women all around the world. I live a clean and sober life and no need to numb my pain because I have learned to sit with it. Tony Robbins said 'we over estimate what we can do in a year and underestimate what we can do in 5.' 6pm tomorrow we gather for the weekly Energy Activation. Why? Because when you are highly sensitive as lots of you are it's really important to have practices and tools in place to do the following: 1.
