The Frequency of Love is a trauma informed community for women who are ready to move from self doubt and people pleasing into self trust and authenticity.

This is ongoing nervous system regulation and self trust practice in community.

We gather live each week for embodied sessions that help you feel steadier in your body, less reactive in your life and more connected to what is true for you.
