Spinning my wheels as my caseload has dropped to 12 clients from 17. They were graduations, though! So much pressure to meet billable hours allocation targets…I’ve learned to exercise more to counteract the anxiety!
Engaging in better self care has been a great investment, despite it being so foreign to me.
