Good morning everyone, I live in Edinburgh, but born and bred in Oxford. I do stay pretty fit but perhaps need help to further my levels of fitness and eating.
Just back from 2 weeks in Crete, while there found out I'm being made redundant. Not good at 60 - this will play on my mental health badly. I embarked on a health kick this year and have lost 5kgs due to the state of my mental health. So I'm scared for the future in so many ways.
I do have abs...but winter is coming and i don't want to fall down the Mince pie & chocolates holes i did last year!!!!
