Not been on for awhile. Didn't start the gut health as it was a bit too restrictive for me but I have implemented things from it. I would like to restart the clean 10 as coffee has become my life source again after starting HRT...progesterone is a mutha trucker!!
Just about to look through the recipes and go food shopping. I'm not going to cut out meat this time as I'm OK with meat and I bought a chicken from the butchers yesterday 🤪🤪 But I'm going to oiley fish as a majority.
