Well, here i am on day 35 of my new lifestyle habit.
I genuinely didn't think I'd be here after 7 days, never mind over 30 days.
Tonight's meal is just the remaining lamb from Sunday's lunch, with mashed Squash, served with our Feja both broth gravy.
Again absolutely delicious and filling.
I'm eating smaller portions, but still feel absolutely full.
I'm eating ever so more healthily, with plenty of energy, which gives me more time to do my exercises.
I'm really pleased I started this course, and a major thanks to Mark Bryce's encouragement. 🙏🙏👏👏
