Hey family! In February of 2026, I’ll be hosting my first in-person Ascension Retreat. It's a 3-day immersive experience focused on healing the nervous system so we can reconnect deeply with God, ourselves, and the truth of who we are. 📍 February 6–8, 2026 📍 Boulder, Colorado — Yellow Barn Farm The heart of this retreat is simple: slowing down enough to actually feel again. This isn’t about learning more information or chasing a peak experience. It’s about coming back into the body, releasing what’s been carried, and remembering who you are beneath the stress, patterns, and conditioning. Over the three days we’ll move through deep somatic breathwork journeys, nervous system healing, emotional release, masculine and feminine polarity work, group connection, and Christ-aligned teachings on what it really means to walk with God in daily life... not just spiritually, but embodied. This space is for those who feel the call for something deeper. For those who have done some inner work but still feel disconnected, fragmented, or out of coherence. For those who want to experience God directly in their body, soften their heart, and come home to themselves.
