I just got back from an incredible trip in Brazil where I immersed myself with the Huni Kuin tribe. I experienced their medicines, their community and their way of life. I’ve just started the 3 minute breath work practice. Then after a week I’ll move to 5 minute one for the following week and so on… Has anyone else doing the breathing practices? What things have you experienced from doing the breath work?
