Family! This week is a POWERFUL one. I am in Costa Rica integrating from a profound last 2 weeks. I experienced 5 days of work with my somatic therapist and then went into a 7 day festival called Envision Festival. In my 5 days of somatic therapy I got to experience what full coherence in my body felt like. What I referred to it as in my session was Heaven. I got to the space and I said to my therapist "I'm in heaven." It wasn't a place I went to... it was a place I found within. Then in the festival, on the last night, I got to dance in that space and feel it all around me. This is what I would call Christ Consciousness and that is why I created Ascension University and it's our true focus as we move forward. The focus is to help you restore Christ Consciousness within yourself, create the kingdom of heaven within you, and live in that space.
