Connection Is Exhausting

I feel like for every one person I connect with , 999 ppl I don’t resonate with. It’s really frustrating. Do I need to change something about myself or is this just the way I am? Or is this how difficult it is now to find true connection in a digital world? I guess I’m just complaining about the “work” it takes to create meaningful connections these days ….
