Hi Everyone, I spend a lot of my working and personal life talking with people about relationships, identity, anxiety, purpose, family systems, habits, burnout, confidence, self-doubt, pressure and all the strange ways humans help and sabotage themselves all at the same time. It all sounds very serious written down, but mostly it just means I’m deeply interested in people and how we learn to live a little more! I’ve been doing this work for a long time now and one thing I’ve learned is that most people are carrying more pressure and uncertainty than they let on. There’s this strange expectation that you are supposed to somehow always know who you are; know where you’re going; make good decisions; have career direction; stay motivated; stay fit; manage money; heal your childhood and look calm while doing it. Meanwhile myself and most people I meet are quietly overwhelmed, overthinking things, comparing themselves to everyone else, and worrying that they are behind. Personally, I’m probably more reflective than polished. I love music, travelling, family history, the gym and trying to make people laugh. I am endlessly curious about myself and others and how we be better for ourselves and our communities. Looking forward to spending time with you on the program!

🌷 Your 20s are messy, confusing, exciting… and somehow, moms still show up through all of it.
To the moms who answer late-night calls, send random “have you eaten?” texts, and love us through every breakdown, bad decision, and comeback — thank you. 💛 This Mother’s Day, don’t forget to remind her how much she matters. Not just today. Always. ✨ Happy Mother’s Day to every amazing mama out there! 🌸💐 #MothersDay #20sLife #Foundations #GrowingUp #ThankYouMom

Happy Friday!!
Mothers day coming up here in downtown sunny Wollongong. Which has me thinking... Mothering energy isn’t only about being a mum. Or having one. It’s a kind of feminine energy that lives in all of us — the part that nurtures, softens, listens, protects, comforts, feeds, soothes, and says, “You don’t have to do everything alone.” For some of us, this comes naturally. For others, it’s something we are learning slowly. Its taken me some time to feel ok about giving or receiving softness. Feels a bit pathetic to be honest. So today I'm asking myself: How do I speak to myself when I’m tired, overwhelmed or unsure? Do I push myself harder, or do I offer myself care? patence? wisdom? Do I know how to comfort myself when life feels so bloody BIG? Whatever your relationship and experiences to softness and self-care - maybe try a bit of this in the coming week: 🌿 Make yourself a proper meal, not just a snack grabbed in a rush. 🌿 Put your hand on your heart and speak to yourself kindly. 🌿 Rest before you completely run out of energy. 🌿 Tidy one small corner of your space so it feels easier to breathe. 🌿 Wrap yourself in a blanket, make tea, and let yourself land. And if connecting with your mum feels nurturing, safe, or supportive for you, touch base with her. A call. A message. A cup of tea. And if Mother’s Day is complicated, awkward, painful or not simple for you, that belongs too. You can still receive mothering energy — from yourself, from nature, from good friends, from your own body, from the quiet act of being gentle with yourself. This week, practise being on your own side. Less pressure. More tenderness. Less noise. More meaning. 🥰
