My Introduction

Hi guys. My name is Clyde, as recently as last year (at 55) I found out that I have ADHD, from my psychologist. It was scary & quite traumatic, but also so much made sense. My biggest challenge was rejection sensitivity dysphoria, followed by procrastination, these 2 together are a nasty combo. What inspired me to join was that I have finally found a community of people who are facing the same challenges as me & overcoming them, and I'm tired of being stuck. My profession is Learning & Development, and I love helping people realize their potential. Sadly, I was laid off in December 2024 and I'm looking to transform this skill & knowledge into a business.
