Lesson: "When the brain is stressed. Allow the body to work."
Today I found myself crying because I kept bumping into things and was upset about the lack of social awareness. Additionally, I was beginning to get sensory overload issues again today so I stepped outside and went to work
I dismantled an entire rotten deck and then my boyfriend decided to start hauling away all the litter and debris from that and the patches of weeds I ripped up if they didnt make it into my mulch and compaost buckets and spaces.
Now the yard looks AMAZING. I feel pleasantly worn out and extremely accomplished. Tomorrow I will continue to rip uo plants for him to rake to handle and then sketch out my garden spaces πππ
Will also build a fire pit with a bunch of bricks that were scattered in the yard πΏπ
Now sitting down to relax and do updates where they are due. πͺππΏ
