Over the last couple of months, I have had tons of problems with scheduling inspection appoints, client calls, and showing times because of double booking. Anyone else?
I spent some time working through it last week, and here’s a simple way I solved it for less than $20 bucks a month for anyone who needs it
1. Pick your Scheduling App
Choose an easy tool like Calendly (or Acuity) to let clients self-book tours and calls
2. Connect Your Calendar
Connect it to Google/Office 365 so it "asks" your calendar if you're free (and blocks or reroutes double-booked times.
3. Send Instant Confirmations & Reminders
Automate (I use Make.com) an immediate email (and SMS if desired) with property details, plus friendly reminders 24 hrs and 1 hr before the appointment
4. Sync with your CRM
Every new booking logs itself under the right contact in your CRM -- so follow-ups and post-showing notes stay organized
5. Analyze and Optimize
Tag each appointment by source (website, Facebook ad, email link) to see which channels deliver your best leads -- and double down on what works
