Question
Most Real Estate Agents lose it because they can’t market properly or close deals. Traffic means nothing without a real strategy, follow-up, and sales skills that convert interest into cash. So what’s really holding you back right now: your marketing, or your deal-closing?

@Steve Williams Leads are noise if you can’t move them to a signed agreement. Closing is less about pressure and more about control: qualifying harder upfront, setting the frame early, and not chasing people who aren’t ready or funded.

@Steve Williams I faced a similar challenge sometime back but now ,I have closed as many deals as I can count

I’ve been doing this two months
I’ve had four contracts and learnt from each one. I’m on my fourth one and I’m going to get rid of this one. That’s what I’m gonna be able to assign.
