Beginning Real Estate Investing
I’ve attended a few conferences, and while knowledge is valuable, I’ve learned that without action, it doesn’t amount to much. What’s been most impactful for me is getting out into the field and actually experiencing different aspects of real estate — that’s where the real learning happens.
I don’t have large amounts of capital to invest like some others, but I do have time, and I believe time can be just as valuable as money. I’m willing to dedicate my time to any projects or opportunities where I can gain hands-on experience and truly understand what it takes to be a real estate investor.
I’d love to hear from you about how you’ve built your path in real estate, especially since I’m starting from a place where I don’t yet own a home or have a mortgage.
