The Day One Den Specialist AI Coach + The 7-Day Sync

The FIGHTERFITX methodology has gone digital. I have distilled 16 years of injury recovery and 21 years of martial arts into a functional diagnostic tool.
1. The Day One Den Specialist AI Coach is Live
The app is now operational. This tool applies encoded diagnostic logic to your training to help you find and fix kinetic leaks.
How to Start Your Sync:
- Create Your Profile: Enter your name and email to start your 7-Day Sync.
- The Connection: Once you click "Generate," the Day One Den Skool page will open in a new tab. This is your home base for coaching and community.
- Build the Block: Simply click back to the DOD Specialist App tab to view your custom 21-minute block and start your timers.
- 21-Minute Blocks: High-efficiency training that respects your joints.
- Active Calibration: Select your leak (Forward Head, Rounded Shoulders, or Lower Back Arch) to get the prescribed 60-second protocol and timer.
- The 7-Day Sync: You have 7 custom blocks to "Sync" with the 7-Day Jumpstart program inside our Classroom.
2. Premium Access (The Specialist Tier)
If you are ready to move beyond the initial 7-Day Sync, the Premium Tier ($98/mo) unlocks the full engine.
- Unlimited AI Access: Generate infinite 21-minute blocks with no usage limits.
- 90-Day Roadmap: Access the full digital library of fix protocols in the Classroom.
- Quarterly Scans: Scheduled 3D movement assessments to track your structural progress.
3. The Season 2 Finale (Date Your Health)
We are closing out Season 2 of the Fall in Love with Fitness summit series. On March 1, the rate for the Champion Circle (VIP) resets to the standard $498/month.
