24 contributions to Day One Den by FIGHTERFITX
Skool used our group in their Ad!
16+ years in fitness and martial arts leaves you with some scars, lessons, and a lot of perspective. But today is a powerful reminder of why we stay focused on the mission. Look closely at the image below - The Day One Den was just featured by Skool in their official global advertising! 🌎🔥 After years of operating in the traditional fitness space, transitioning to a borderless digital community was a major leap. Finding a platform that aligns with strict business morals and ethics is rare, and I’m incredibly grateful to the Skool team for their support and for highlighting what we are building here. But the real victory isn’t the recognition. It’s the global impact. We are now in the business of transforming lives far beyond our home city. For us, success looks like: 💪 A member on the other side of the world finally crushing their long-term fitness goals. 👗 Someone regaining the confidence to wear that stunning dress they’ve kept in the closet. 💼 A business leader stepping onto a stage to command the room with quiet, humble confidence. 🏡 A parent standing tall as a powerful role model for their family. We are just scratching the surface of what’s possible when martial arts, fitness, and a supportive community come together. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey from Day One. The focus remains locked in on the results. Let’s keep moving. #TheDayOneDen #Skool

Your Diet is the Foundation
Hi everyone, I am a longtime client of Ryan’s. I don’t usually post but thought I would share this thought with the group. For me, Training is great but the diet part counts for so much more. Believe me. I spent too much time sabotaging my workouts with poor meal prep and planning. I lost a lot of time. I realized (too late) that in order to make real, meaningful change, you have to commit to the food part. I took too many weekends off and had the “treat” or “earned it” mentality. I’m not saying not to indulge once in a while, you definitely should, for your own sanity. But seriously, prioritize the food part. Even when your training takes a backseat to life, you can still choose to eat well. It makes a difference. I’m finally on a good track now and I certainly fall down, but I don’t sweat it anymore and don’t beat myself up when it happens. I just get back on track the next day and move on. Anyway, my long winded point is I wish I took the diet part more seriously, sooner. It matters more than you think. Happy training everyone.

Thanks for the reminder. When you are working in several things at a time sometimes the diet is pushed aside or ignored. I have to be careful with diet as it’s very important to my health. I seem to let stress get the best of me and sabotage my diet or maybe that’s just an excuse. Unfortunately I have been here in a while as things with family members health have gotten serious. However, I’m here now and will catch up to @Ryan Omeasoo post and all the work he has done here in this community.

@Ryan Omeasoo I’ve been able to get my cholesterol back to normal range and adjustment in meds is helping the insulin resistance so I don’t have high blood sugar. Bought some bands and today starting the 7 day jumpstart. Down 7 pounds. Been wanting to go no red meat for a while and the prices here in the states are making that easier. I’ll start posting again. Been lurking though and see you’ve been a busy little beaver working on your program. You are doing well.

The only metric…
Don't compare your behind-the-scenes to another person's public highlights or trophies. The only metric that matters is your progress toward the person you’re becoming. Stumbles and setbacks are part of the process. Having the resilience to pick yourself up after life’s hardest moments is the ultimate foundational strength.

Thanks! Life happens sometimes and I loose my momentum. But I always come back to it. Today is all about resetting my process.
