Kids had pizza but I didn’t choose pizza. I made my own food that was healthy.

Good Afternoon! I’m a Grandmother who is working on lowering cholesterol and A1C and working on heart heath and strengthening my muscles. This weekend i’m working on my shoulders and arms as they need work after my bypass surgery last year. Happy to be here been reading and learning till you opened this up.

I’m a grandma raising our adopted grandchildren. Three kids under 6. Went through open heart surgery in June of 2024. Got to get back to exercise.
