Overall good week. 2nd week of weight loss while training.
Weight down 1 lbs for the week from 177 to 176. Down 3 lbs during the past 2 week from 179 to 176.
Calorie intake was a little higher this week at 2450 vs 2300 last week mainly due to preparation for a triathlon race this past Saturday. Completed an Olympic distance triathlon this past Saturday just over 3 hrs. Not bad considering the heat and head winds during the bike ride.
2 lifting session completed although lower reps and weights pre race preparation.

Next triathlon in 5 weeks so time to refocus on calorie intake while maintaining energy for daily training.
