The sequence that my clients follow when it comes to weight training for legs. If you look below, they normally start with body weight squats for about a month. The following month they follow with Goblets Squats, then Land Mine Squats and Last Barbell Squats. This helps their connecting tissue like ligaments and tendons to progress without the possibility of injuries. In the next post I will be adding Barbell Squats. What content of information do you need when it comes to weight training? I been a personal trainer for almost 30 years now. I have an encyclopedia in my heads when it comes to exercises, any form or styles of resistance training or weight training my favorite and the one that I been doing for 30 years. Feel free to ask anything from beginners to the most advance

Which exercise do you struggle with the most?
Which exercises do you struggle with the most? Lunges are the the ones for me. I still get them done & shoulder presses do to a herniated disk in my lower back.
