Top Supplements For Muscle Building
When I was first starting out on my fitness journey, one of the biggest questions in my mind was "What are the BEST SUPPLEMENTS" to buy? This questions stemmed from one thing. That supplements are magical pills that make you buff. Almost like steroids, but legal. I bought into the hype and bought a ton of supplements, everything from NO Boosters, Testosterone Boosters, and Fat Burners. However, these supplements did very little. One thing to remember is to first have a solid diet, a solid nutrition plan, and control over the foods that you eat. If I have to give you my TOP 2 Supplements, I would say get... (1) Whey Protein Powder (2) Creatine Monohydrate That's it. Now obviously, there are other supplements to get. But if you're just starting out, get these first. Once you've been working out for a few weeks, I would also add in (1) Vitamin K3 + D2 (2) Glucosamine - At least 1500 Milligrams (3) Astaxanthin (4) Omega 3 Fish Oil (5) Zinc These are what I take, and I recommend you take these to help support your muscle growth, especially recovery, I hope that helps.
