Chicken Alfredo Protein Pasta
Ingredients
  • 5 oz cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 56g dry hearts of palm pasta or other very low-calorie pasta substitute
  • 170g nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 28g grated parmesan
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 60ml unsweetened almond milk
  • Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
  • 100g spinach
Recipe
  1. Cook garlic in a sprayed pan for 30 seconds.
  2. Lower heat and stir in Greek yogurt, almond milk, parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Add spinach and let wilt.
  4. Add chicken and pasta substitute. Toss until coated.
